The process of restoring normal relations between people. It requires the reconciliation of differences, apology and forgiveness of past harm, and the establishment of a cooperative relationship between groups, replacing the adversarial or competitive relationship that existed.

The report, 'Faithful Peace, Peaceful Faith', seeks to uncover why the peacebuilding work of women of faith has been given so little attention and argues that women of faith - who are identified as "strategi c actors for peace and justice" - deserve "more attention and support."
